The wildlife photos on this site were provided by Scott Evers Photography. A long-time member of the Edwardsville Police Department, Scott Evers is also a renowned photographer. His work has appeared in newspapers and magazines, as well as in a commercial context for architects, interior designers, and artists. He has won awards in multiple photography contests, including honorable mentions from the Nature Conservancy and the National Parks Foundation. The astonishingly detailed photographs that appear on this site were taken on the grounds of the Watershed Nature Center, and depict animals and plants living in their native habitats.
